Few action films are as masterful as Michael Mann’s Heat. The director shot with the electrifying duel between Al Pacino as a cop and Robert De Niro as a gangster one of the greatest masterpieces at all.
In August, Michael Mann will publish a sequel to the classic as a novel with two timelines. Apparently that’s not enough for the directing genius. Heat 2 should now also be filmed!
