Actarus and Alcor will also be playable new gameplay details

Just a week ago, Microids revealed the first gameplay teaser for the highly anticipated video game Grendizer, announced two years ago by Microids. On the same day, we offered you an exclusive interview with the two producers of the game, Nourdine Mohammed Saad and Julien Hubert. The opportunity to learn a little more about the intentions, but also the gameplay which promises fights and phases in Spacer, the saucer which allows Grendizer to fly. If we had been able to take the game in hand and access information that was not yet official, know that we can now announce that the characters of Actarus and Alcor will be playable. If Actarus will have scenes specific to him as a human character, Alcor will only be playable via his OVTerre in vertical shoot-em-up phases. These details of great importance for fans of Go Nagai’s work were even shared in on Amazon’s datasheetin description where we learn that the story of the game will allow us to meet a host of characters from the cartoon.

Grendizer: Feast of the Wolves

Get ready to live an unforgettable adventure with Grendizer, the famous giant robot. This action/adventure game adapted from the cult animated series will immerse you in the heart of the universe of its creator, Go Nagai, and will give you the chance to pilot the most powerful robot and fight the forces of evil. Following the destruction of the planet Euphor by the Empire of Vega, Prince Actarus takes refuge on our planet. Taken in and adopted by Professor Procyon, he lives at the White Birch Ranch. With Vega’s invasion of Earth imminent, Actarus will defend planet Earth using Grendizer, the titanic robot hidden deep within Professor Procyon’s observatory. With the help of Alcor, the Prince of Euphor will constantly repel Vega’s attacks and fight his terrible robots, the Golgoths, sent to destroy him. Embody Actarus and his colossal robot through epic battles with multiple gameplay: piloting the Spazer (flying module in which Goldorak is housed), vertical shoot-them-up in the OVTerre of Alcor and action/combat in the 3rd person in controlling Grendizer. Use his iconic and devastating attacks to destroy the terrifying Golgoths and save the earth. Immerse yourself in the skin of Actarus and meet many essential characters during dialogue sequences in the iconic environments of the series, faithfully reproduced in respect of the designs of the original series. Finally, earn experience points through missions to obtain new abilities and improve your powers. Broadcast in France for more than 40 years, the cult animated series Goldorak has marked several generations with its story rich in twists and turns.
