(Finance) – Theshareholders’ meeting Of Afive (formerly Acsm Agam) unanimously approved the balance 2022 and the distribution of a dividend gross unit value of 0.085 euro which will be paid on 21 June 2023 (ex-dividend date, number 23, 19 June 2023 and record date 20 June 2023).
The shareholders also unanimously confirmed the appointment of director Stefano Cettico-opted on 30 November 2022, who will remain in office until the approval of the financial statements as at 31 December 2023.
