(Finance) – Afivea utility listed on Euronext Milan, announced that on 29 February 2024 it the option and pre-emption offer period has concluded of the Acinque shares deriving from withdrawal exercised by some members of Azienda Energetica Valtellina Valchiavenna.
At the end of the membership period, a total of 45,980 option rights were exercised and 220 shares subscribed. 13 shares were requested in pre-emption. Following the above, the total number of shares subscribed under option and pre-emption is equal to 233 shares and therefore 939,802 shares remain.
