(Finance) – The board of directors of Aceaa multi-utility listed on Euronext Milan, has appointed Sabrina DiBartolomeo Which CFO and Financial Reporting Manager the drafting of corporate accounting documents. The manager replaces Fabio Paris who, at the end of his career in the company, communicated his resignation from the office.
To date, based on the information available, Sabrina Di Bartolomeo and Fabio Paris they do not hold shares of Acea.
Di Bartolomeo has gained consolidated experience in the Administration, Finance and Control sector and in the role of CFO at national and international level, in leading companies in the telecommunications, pharmaceutical and automotive sectors. He also had the opportunity to follow numerous extraordinary operations of M&A, JV and IPO.
In particular, he was part of the group TIM from 2019 to 2022, initially as Group Planning and Control Manager, then as Group CFO of Telecom Italia Sparkle. Previously, she was CFO and Executive Director of Sigma Tau group and Group Finance Director of Wind Telecom group. Prior to this, he held positions of increasing responsibility in the finance area within the group Fiat.
