(Finance) – Today it met for the first time under the chairmanship of Barbara Marinali Board of Directors of ACEA appointed by the Shareholders’ Meeting held on 18 April.
The BoD has appointed Chief Executive Officer and Director General Fabrizio Palermoto whom the assignments were confirmed and the powers for the ordinary management of the Company and the Group were conferred.
To the President Barbara Marinaliin addition to the statutory functions of representation, have been recognized by the Council specific attributionsincluding those relating to Corporate Governance.
During the same meeting, the Board of Directors also appointed Fabio Paris Manager in charge of drafting accounting documents corporate bodies of ACEA.
