Accountants the challenges of the construction sector focus on Naples

(Finance) – The challenges for the construction sectorwhich represents in aggregate data (construction, ordinary maintenance and real estate added value) 25.4% of the national added value (source Cresme 2023), sThey are numerous and stimulating, particularly at a local level: a territory with dynamic businesses and professions, capable of conceiving, designing, financing, building and making private and public interest works sustainable, can be successful and attractive, to the extent that it is able to satisfy the needs of citizens more effectively, and guarantees good efficiency in the use of public and private structures, in the introduction of technological innovation in materials and processes, in final products, in attention to environmental, social and gender sustainability, as well as necessarily to financial, economic and management sustainability. The modernization of buildings, their safety, the new regulations on CER, energy saving and waste reduction, are just some of the needs that will require huge investments in the future. All this will require the mobilization of private capital, largely lying in unproductive liquidity deposits, and in practice, unpaid, channeling them through innovative financial instruments towards profitable and virtuous uses.

These topics and the situation of the real estate market and the entire construction chain, after the bonus season, will be discussed during the “Real estate focus: market, contracts and financial instruments” which will be held on Tuesday 9 July at 3 pm at Palazzo Calabritto, in the conference room of the Order of Chartered Accountants and Accounting Experts of Naples, promoted by the Real Estate Commission of the Odcec of Naples and the Foundation of Chartered Accountants and Accounting Experts of Naples, in collaboration with Fiaip, Ance Campania, Acen and with the patronage of the Order of Engineers of the Province of Naples.

The event aims to stimulate collaboration and synergies with businesses, professions, players in the market and the construction sector, in order to enhance the technical and professional contributions and skills of each figure.

They will introduce the works Eraldo Turi (president of the Odcec Naples), Vincenzo Moretta (president of the Odcec Naples Foundation), Luigi Della Gatta (president of Ance Campania), Roberto Coscia (Delegate Councilor of the Real Estate Commission of the Odcec of Naples), Bruno Discepolo (Councillor for Urban Planning of the Campania Region) and Edoardo Cosenza (Councillor for Infrastructure of the Municipality of Naples).

During the meeting we will try to outline the guidelines for the creation of a permanent observatory that supports, proposes and stimulates the action of decision makers and institutional subjects responsible for territorial planning, as well as potential investors and an opportunity for qualification and updating of the professionals involved.

To the debatemoderated by Paolo Carrino (president of the Odcec Napoli Real Estate commission), will also include Mario Condò De Satriano (honorary national president of Fiaip), Diomede Falconio (Notary council of Naples), Vito Gagliardo (provincial president of Fiaip Napoli), Paolo Gabriele (councilor of the Odcec Napoli Foundation), Stefano Russo (Vice President of Acen), Alberto Planta (Head of network partner Bnl Paribas Group) and Valentino Vecchi (Professor of Economics at the University of Basilicata).
