Accountants new professionalisms in the National Observatory 2312001

(Finance) – TheNational Observatory on Legislative Decree. 231/2001 of the National Council of Accountantswho took office last October 3rd, is enriched with new professionalism. In fact, the National Council itself has appointed as new members of the working group on the administrative responsibility of entities: Federico Maurizio D’Andrea (President of the Supervisory Body of Banco BPM and Leonardo), Rossella De Bartolomeo (Auditing Director – Sea Milan), Claudia Gualtierotti (Chief Corporate Compliance Officer / DPO – IREN Group) e Antonella Volpe (Model 231 – Corporate Liability Risk assessment & Coordination and Corporate Social Responsibility – ENI Group).

“We are certain that the participation of these new professionals in the working group will be able to enrich the already authoritative composition – declares the national President of the category, Elbano de Nuccio –, bringing further skills and specific experiences and promoting new interdisciplinary collaborations such as to allow the expansion of the areas of intervention and study on the subject 231/2001″.

“In the meantime, activities have been started – adds the President of the Observatory, Salvatore Sodano – relating both to the project of collection and analysis, both statistical and substantive, of the provisions of the Prosecutor’s Offices and the rulings of the Courts of some important Italian cities, and to the project for the preparation of the guidelines of the National Council of Accountants on the subject 231/2001, with particular reference to the activities of the supervisory body”.

The two national councilors delegated to the matter were already part of the Observatory, Fabrizio Escheri and Eliana Quintili, Renato Nitti (Prosecutor of the Court of Trani), Ciro Santoriello (Adjunct Prosecutor of the Court of Cuneo), Costantino Visconti (University of Palermo), Daniele Piva (Roma Tre University), Paola Tagliavini (Bocconi University), Antonio Matonti (Confindustria) and accountants Annalisa De Vivo, Paolo Vernero, Ascensionato Carnà and Michele Furlanetto.
