According to Blinken both Israel and Hamas are obliged to

Netanyahu denied the US estimate that 90 percent of the truce agreement was complete.

US Secretary of State by Antony Blinken according to which both Israel and the extremist organization Hamas are obliged to agree on the remaining aspects of the Gaza ceasefire agreement.

– Based on what I’ve seen, 90 percent have been agreed, but there are still some critical questions left, Blinken said while speaking at a press conference in Haiti local time on Thursday.

According to Blinken, there is still no clarity at least about the so-called Philadelphia Corridor located in the southern part of Gaza. According to the foreign minister, there are also gaps in the agreement regarding how Israeli and Palestinian prisoners would be exchanged.

Blinken said he expects the truce negotiators, the United States, Qatar and Egypt, to share their thoughts with Hamas and Israel in the next few days.

Prime Minister of Israel Benjamin Netanyahu again, in an interview with Fox News on Thursday, denied the US estimate that 90 percent of the truce agreement would be complete. According to the Israeli minister, reaching an agreement is not close.

Hamas demands that Israel withdraw completely from Gaza. Netanyahu, on the other hand, has insisted that Israel must control the Philadelphia corridor.
