The results of the early French exams are not given as “Admitted” or “Adjourned”, like the results of the baccalaureate. These are marks out of twenty that are awarded to each candidate. They can consult them, until the start of the school year, via the‘Cyclades space by selecting the “early baccalaureate exam” and then entering your personal identifier. Unlike the results of the final year exams, the media do not report the verdict for the French baccalaureate.
Knowing the date of publication of the French baccalaureate results is even more useful: as soon as it is published, the transcript is displayed on the academy’s website. The candidate also receives it by post a few days later.
Their results in the early French baccalaureate exams allow Première candidates to determine the “points ahead” or “points behind” that they will have collected for next year. These marks will in fact be taken into account in the total average of the exam marks. In practice, a good result can therefore be considered as “points ahead” for the final year exams; while with an average of less than 10/20 we speak of “points behind”.
