(Finance) – The revenues of AbitareIna Milanese company that operates in residential development and listed on the Euronext STAR Milan market, amounted to 11.1 million euros as of 30 September 2024. The company explained that “they are mainly due to revenues from service and intellectual property remuneration contracts signed with the operating vehicles”. The profit amounted to 11.6 million euros and derives mainly from the dividends distributed by the subsidiary companies.
In addition to approving the financial statementtheShareholders’ meeting gave the Board of Directors the authorization to purchase and dispose of treasury shares, for a period of 18 months from today’s meeting and for a maximum value of 20 million euros.
THE’authorization was awarded forpurchaseeven in multiple tranches, even up basic rotary (so-called revolving), of ordinary shares of the Company without par value, up to a maximum number which, taking into account the ordinary shares of the Company held from time to time in the portfolio by the Company and its subsidiaries, is not overall greater than 20% of the Company’s share capital, as well as within the limits of the distributable profits and available reserves resulting from the last approved financial statements at the time of carrying out each operation.
The shareholders’ meeting also resolved that the treasury share purchase transactions is carried out at a price per share which cannot deviate, either decreasing or increasing, by more than 20% from the reference price recorded by the stock in the stock exchange session preceding each individual transaction, and in any case at a price that is not higher than highest price between the price of the last independent transaction and the price of the highest current independent bid on the trading venue where the purchase is made
