(Finance) – ABC Companya permanent capital vehicle listed on the professional segment of Euronext Growth Milan, closed on 2023 with revenues consolidated amounts of 268,665 euros deriving from the advisory activities conducted within the structuring and management of Club Deals for investments in Se.ri.nex companies. and Il Fornaio del Casale, as well as the consultancy activity provided to clients in preparation for potential listing projects. The capital gains realized from the sale of financial activities which do not constitute fixed assets are equal to 380,417 euros.
The operating result consolidated is equal to -260,563 euros, influenced by the effect of the implicit goodwill resulting from the consolidation method used which generated depreciation of approximately 500 thousand euros. This cost item, of a non-financial and purely accounting nature, contributed to the formation of the consolidated operating result.
