Nieuwegein – The A27 at Nieuwegein is open again. Earlier in the afternoon, the road in the direction of Gorinchem was closed. The cause was a pile-up with eight vehicles. No one was injured, according to police. Some people were checked in the ambulance, but they did not have to go to hospital.
