De Meern – Rijkswaterstaat this morning called on road users around Utrecht to postpone their journey. There were long traffic jams due to two accidents. Because traffic jams also formed on the roads where no accidents had happened, diversion was not possible. The last work was completed around 1.30 pm and all lanes are now open.
