PARIS A French woman was created by artificial intelligence Brad Pitt’s as a victim.
Last Sunday, fifty-year-old Anne told the French TV channel TF1 Sept à huit program that he lost hundreds of thousands of euros in an online scam.
The woman thought she had donated money to Hollywood actor Brad Pitt, with whom she believed she had been in a relationship for years.
However, it was a scam, as a result of which the woman lost a total of 830,000 euros.
The scammers posed as Brad Pitt and used fake social media profiles and artificial intelligence-based image editing technology to pull off their scams.
Money for the actor’s cancer treatments
In the episode, Anne says that she got it message from the personwho claimed to be the movie star’s mother and who said she was “the perfect partner for his son.”
Later, the woman was under the impression that she was communicating with Brad Pitt himself, who claimed to be his ex-wife Angelina Jolie’s having frozen this bank account after the couple broke up.
Anne was tricked into donating money to, among other things, Pitt’s cancer treatments.
In order to reinforce the image of the sick actor, the scammers sent the woman artificially created pictures of Pitt lying in the hospital.
The woman realized she had been cheated last summer when she saw pictures of the actor with her new partner by Inés de Ramon with.
The woman was a victim of online bullying
After the presentation of the program, the French woman has had to severe cyberbullying victimized on social media.
The woman has also been mocked on a French radio show.
In addition, the Toulouse FC soccer team mocked the woman on the messaging service X.

The team later removed the post.
Yesterday, Tuesday, TF1 channel announced that he had removed from its distribution channels for that episode. The production team of the program told about it in the message service X.

The news also reached the ears of Brad Pitt himself, who commented on the matter in the Entertainment Weekly publication in the bulletin on Tuesday.

The victim of the scam says that he is currently in psychiatric treatment due to severe depression and that he lost his home as a result of the incident. The case is under police investigation.
