In Season 1 of The Rings of Power we visited a dwarven city in Khazad-dûm and human cities on Númenor. The Elvish metropolises of Lindon (where King Gil-galad resides) and Eregion (where Celebrimbor forges the rings), on the other hand, have remained little more than establishing shots (i.e. removed opening scenes), a forest with a banquet table and the interior of a tower.
