Never short of ideas when it comes to offering dedicated gear for gamers, Razer has just announced the arrival and immediate release of Leviathan V2, the new model of its soundbar equipped with a subwoofer. Five &ns have passed since V1 in 5.1 and a lot of things have been adjusted and added to make this new version indispensable. To begin with, if we dissect the device, we realize that the Razer Leviathan 2 is composed of 2 broadband speakers, 2 passive radiators, 2 tweeters and a projection subwoofer. This will therefore make it possible to mix both clear and crisp highs with deep and punchy bass so that the immersion in front of your PC is as total as possible. This time, we switched to the 7.1 standard with the addition of THX Spatial Audio technology that the brand with the green snake has developed over the years. The other small advantage of the device is that it is equipped with Bluetooth 5.2, which should guarantee a stable connection, especially when switching from one device to another.
And of course, Razer obliges, this Leviathan V2 is powered by the brand’s Razer Chroma RGB technology, which specifies that the soundbar comes with no less than 18 light zones. As usual, it will be possible to personalize its parameters via a mobile application and have the possibility of matching the sounds of its games (or films) with a luminous ballet of the most beautiful effect. We can see otherwise that the design has evolved since the first model, with a more square format, in the sense of more pronounced and less rounded contours. It is also the subwoofer that has changed the most, with a less lifestyle and more imposing aspect. Note also that the speaker has detachable feet to allow players to adjust the soundbar to the perfect angle to better integrate it under the screen.
The Leviathan V2 is already available now on Razer.com, in RazerStores and also at all authorized resellers at the recommended retail price of €249.99.
