It was in the afternoon of April 9 that the police were alerted to Ringvägen in Värnamo after several shots were fired. A month later, a boy in his late teens was arrested who has since been detained on suspicion of serious illegal threats. According to the indictment, he is close to firing several shots at another guy, who was not injured.
The victim must also have been beaten and for that crime both the teenager who was holding the firearm and another teenage boy are suspected.
Claims to be innocent
A couple of witnesses have made observations that the prosecutor uses as evidence. Ten cartridge cases were also found in connection with the house search, nine of which were hidden in a spice jar. The fired cartridge cases found at the crime scene are of the same caliber and type as the intact cartridges found in the basement storage room. The ammunition is so-called explosive ammunition, which is not covered by the Weapons Act and is unlicensed.
The two suspects deny the criminal charges.
