In Burundi, the 11th follow-up summit to the Addis Ababa Peace Agreement in eastern Democratic Republic of Congo ended late in the afternoon. A meeting marked by the presence of UN Secretary General Antonio Guterres, African Union President Moussa Faki and Burundian, Congolese, South African and Ugandan presidents, but without Rwandan Paul Kagame and Kenyan William Ruto. The watchword of this meeting: relaunch this agreement, the results of which do not live up to expectations.
