▸ The coronavirus changes all the time. Now scientists are warning of a group of new variants about to take over. In the United States, they have increased sharply and account for a quarter of all cases in the country. The virus variants have also been discovered in Sweden and several other countries, and researchers fear that a new covid wave could sweep in this summer. At the same time, other viruses are in circulation, and headlines about, among other things, bird flu are becoming more and more frequent. How worried do we need to be about the new variants? What are the risks of other viruses circulating? And how should we think about the summer?
