Bill Gates has become one of the most controversial names of the coronavirus (Kovid-19) pandemic. Gates, whose name was usually mentioned with Microsoft, of which he was the co-founder, and with the Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation until the pandemic, was accused of being the name behind the epidemic by some segments with the pandemic. After the development of the Kovid-19 vaccines, Gates’ name started to be mentioned with a conspiracy theory, this time “putting chips on vaccines”. There were even those who said that he would be prosecuted for these charges. In an interview with CNN’s Anderson Cooper, Bill Gates said it was “tragic” that conspiracy theories about microchipping Kovid-19 vaccines prevent people from getting vaccinated. “I don’t know why they thought I was interested in tracking people and knowing where people are. It’s something I have to laugh about, but if that’s keeping people from getting vaccinated then it’s tragic,” Gates said.

The famous name also stated that it may be easier for people to believe “simple explanations” such as the claim that vaccines are developed only for profit, rather than understanding the complex science behind the rapid development of Kovid. Gates also stated that it is “fun” to “click” on conspiracy theories.
