Stress describes the many demands and pressures we all experience every day. Stress can be physical, mental, emotional or chemical in nature. Almost anything you encounter can cause stress.

- Omega-3 fatty acids
- Tryptophan (Tryptophan is abundant in poultry, red meat, milk, eggs, nuts, lentils, whole wheat bread, cereals and pastas, as well as soy products and chocolate.)
Foods high in zinc can also improve mood. Findings show that oysters, cashews, liver, beef and egg yolks are linked with reduced anxiety.
