There are some bad guys in Harry Potter, including Draco Malfoy, of course. His actor was used to a lot with the role, but a scene in the films even taught him that.
Tom Felton played Draco Malfoy in all eight films by Harry Potter and, despite the rather low canvas, was the best paid actor. While in the first parts he stands out primarily through the bullying of other classmates and comes along with whopping, his figure develops in an almost tragic direction in the course of the plot.
In part 6 at the latest, the character receives additional depth if it is personally selected by Lord Voldemort to kill Dumbledore. Despite everything, Draco doesn’t get away so badly in our survey for the most popular characters.
With Lord Voldemort, Tom Felton shared one or the other scene. In one case, however, something unexpected on the set, which even gave the experienced actor a goosebumps.

An unexpected hug
Which scene is it about? In film 8, the second part of the sanctuaries of death, the great battle for Hogwarts takes place. The “good” around Harry, Ron and Hermione defend the magic school against the attack of Voldemort and his henchmen.
In the beginning, Draco also stands on the part of the defenders, but in a certain scene he merges into evil. Voldemort welcomes Draco’s decision and praises him for it.
Tom Felton describes the filming in his book “Beyond Magic: of blessing and curse to grow up as a magician” (via Businessinsider.com) and calls the scene “a big moment”.
According to Felton, she was filmed up to 50 times and the actors tried different things. Voldemort actor Ralph Fiennes in particular liked to improvise, which led to a special moment. Felton describes this:
Ralph looked at me differently every time. Sometimes he smiled. Sometimes not. Sometimes he broke off his monologue and told me I should go back. In the middle of a picture when I was approaching him for the umpteenth time, he lifted his arm a little. It was the smallest movement, but enough to let me pause and think: does he want to hug me?

Film fans probably remember the moment when Voldemort Draco actually hugs. In the film, the scene looks extremely strange because Voldemort performs a nice gesture, but appears anything but kind. Felton also thought:
He hugged me with the least inviting hug, which was ever recorded on film. Even on the set, it caught me cold. A hug from Voldemort was scary for Draco, and it was just as uncomfortable for Tom. At that time I got goose bumps, and the memory of it still gives me goose bumps today.

The tremor was worth it because the scene made it into the final film. Felton himself knew nothing about it until the premiere. He was all the more surprising to see the shocked reaction of the audience. The scene is legitimate and it is difficult to forget, it has been seen.
