The nightly Nintendo Direct of February 9, 2022 allowed Nintendo to give news of Advance Wars 1+2: Re-Boot Camp, the famous compilation bringing together the two Game Boy Advence remix episodes up to date. It is therefore on April 8 that we will be able to rediscover these classic action-tactical games, knowing that new features have been made. Apart from the realization which went into 3D (and which has lost its charm by the way), each general has been doubled by an actor, which will allow to give a little more immersion to the game. We also learn that a new campaign has been shaped for Advance Wars 2: Black Hole Rising where we will meet new generals, but also additional lands. For example, we can build conduits to penetrate the opposing camp more easily. Of course, it will be possible to speed up the game or return to the start of the turn in order to streamline the tactical experience. In short, this compilation does not return with empty arms and it is the players who will be delighted.
