Netflix is buying the mobile game company with an investment of 72 million dollars.
Netflix announced that they have reached an agreement to acquire Finnish mobile game developer Next Games. Under the terms of the agreement, Netflix will initiate a tender bidding process to purchase all issued and outstanding shares of Next Games.
A purchase in the gaming world is also from Netflix
Under the proposal, Next Games shareholders will receive Next Games worth approximately $72 million (EUR 65 million) in cash per share. The Next Games Board of Directors unanimously decided to recommend that the shareholders accept the tender offer.
