At least eight people were reportedly injured in the plane of the Delta Airlines company on Monday, February 17, 2025. Among these injured, one child and two adults would be in serious condition. The accident occurred while the plane from Minneapolis landed on the track of Pearson airport in Toronto, reports CTV News.
The passengers finished the race at the bottom since the plane finally landed on the back. The images are impressive. “The emergency teams are on site. All the passengers and crew members are on site,” says the airport side on x. The Federal American Aviation Administration claims that 80 people were evacuated from the plane.

If the exact circumstances of the accident have not yet been specified, the images show a snowy track. Significant snowfall had also been reported on X by the airport on Sunday. “In total, we had 53.6 cm of snow last week. To put things in perspective, it is more than the 47.6 cm that we had in January, December and November together.” According to CTV News, passengers from other flights from Toronto were warned of delays due to the wind, not because of the crash.
