Fans of this thriller will however be disappointed to learn that the series will definitely end with this fourth episode. Thought like a mini-series, A perfect mother will therefore not be entitled to a sequel or a season 2.
A perfect mother is a drama series broadcast on April 28, 2022 and May 5, 2022 on TF1. We follow the story of Hélène Berg, whose peaceful life in Berlin changes when she receives a call from her daughter, Anya, who is studying in Paris. She is suspected of having murdered a wealthy heir. Hélène then goes to Paris and decides, with the help of her childhood sweetheart and lawyer, to find proof of her innocence. But several clues will put him in doubt as to the guilt of his child.
Synopsis – Hélène Berg, a Frenchwoman living in Berlin, sees her peaceful daily life completely turned upside down when she learns that her daughter, Anya, a student in Paris, is accused of murder. Convinced of her innocence, Hélène goes to the French capital to find proof of her innocence, helped by Vincent, a lawyer who is also her childhood sweetheart. But as their investigation progresses, doubt sets in: what if Anya was guilty?
Julie Gayet is an actress who is particularly famous in the cinema, but she has made several remarkable appearances on television. Her last major role dates from 2019: she played Victoire Delorme in the series Suspicions. Since then, we have seen him in 2020 in his own role in Ten percent. A perfect mother is therefore the first major role she obtains on television in two years. A perfect mother is a new mini-series from TF1. Composed of four episodes, it was to be broadcast on Monday September 6, 2021 on the first channel, from 9:05 p.m., but the death of John Paul Belmondo led to a postponement of the broadcast to April 28 and May 5, 2022. Note that the series is also available for streaming on the platform somersaultwhile the episodes can be found in replay the day after their broadcast on the MyTF1 site.
