A nourishing hair oil bath

The wavy effect of summer vacation has evaporated in favor of dry, dull and damaged hair. Repair your hair with this nourishing hair oil bath recipe from aroma-zone.

Hair oil baths, an SOS tip

Trendy and essential when the hair is dry and damaged, especially with the change of season, the hair oil bath deeply nourishes. Used once a week before the shampoolike a restorative careor occasionally as a cure, this treatment based on vegetable oils invigorates the hair fibre.

To “boost” the hair, the ointment is applied over the entire length to the ends, as with conventional hair oils. Then let it act for 20 minutes to several hours depending on the treatment.

What about the scalp? If your hair tends to get greasy quickly, avoid watering the roots too often at the risk of getting greasy and overgrown hair! Nevertheless, in case of dandruff problem, hair baths are indicated on the scalp as a natural remedy. A fingertip massage with soothing and hydrating jojoba oil will help regulate sebum. The hair bath will be left for a minimum of two hours.

Finally, another pitfall to avoid: if it suits all heads, the hair oil bath can make colored hair run amok, the color of which can turn slightly. Perform this treatment away from colorings preferably.
