The South Korean MMORPG “Quantum Knights” appears on Steam and with its innovative concept it could actually become an immersive gaming experience. The development studio Space Dive Games promises a unique combination of knights, magic and firearms.
What is it about? This online shooter puts you in a medieval fantasy world that combines technology and magic. The Flounces are knights in this world and together they confront monsters, demons and dragons with their magical firearms.
When does it appear? An exact release date is not known. However, Steam states that it will be available soon. If you don’t want to miss the launch, you can add the game to your wishlist.
What does the trailer show? The trailer offers a good mix of in-game fights and pre-rendered video sequences.

From the gameplay you can expect the use of various weapons and items. In the trailer you can see, among other things, machine guns, shotguns and grenades, with which you can flatten the monsters.
At least in the trailer, the fights look very interesting and balanced. Effects are used throughout, presumably to emphasize the magical aspect as well, but they are not sensory overload. On the contrary, they ensure that the otherwise rather gloomy world gives a bit of color.
Graphically, Quantum Knights is definitely an eye-catcher. Because the video sequences are also quite impressive and contribute to the overall atmosphere of the trailer, so that you like to watch it until the end.

Players hope for playable characters from non-human races
And right at the end of the trailer, something else is teased, which makes the players attentive and curious in the comments (via Youtube).
That’s because non-human, ogre-like allies slither into the picture to help you in battle. Whether this means being able to create a character from another race isn’t clear, but it’s definitely something players are hoping for.
