SUPERVIVE has entered open beta and can be played by everyone. After the demo was successful at the Steam Next Fest, the new version should also find many friends.
What is SUPERVIVE? The game is an unusual mix of different genres. On the one hand, you look at the battlefield from above, like in a MOBA, such as League of Legends. However, you control the various heroes directly and aim with the mouse – similar to a shooter. When it comes to modes, the game is based on the Battle Royale principle or offers an arena mode.
At Steam Next Fest, SUPERVIVE was one of the most popular games, attracting up to 16,877 concurrent players. Many users seemed to like the unusual concept.
Now the wait is over and SUPERVIVE can be played by everyone. The game is not finished yet, the current version is a beta. Nevertheless, those interested can try it out for free.
Here you can see the trailer, which gives a good impression of the game:
More content than in the demo – that’s what’s inside
What does SUPERVIVE offer? If you like fast and action-packed fights, the genre mix could be something for you. With one of 16 selectable heroes, you compete against each other in teams and are very mobile while running, jumping and sliding.
Although the game is still unfinished, it already offers various modes and features that have been expanded somewhat compared to the demo:
According to the developers, the heroes and the numerous customization options during the match offer scope for exciting games. It should be possible to turn around matches that were thought lost, even at the last moment.
How to join the beta? SUPERVIVE has been released on Steam, and that’s where interested players can simply grab it. The game can be downloaded for free on the official shop page.
A proud number of players have already done this. The game was only released on November 20, 2024, but already has a player peak of over 23,200 simultaneous users (via steamdb.info). That’s remarkable for a game of this size.
How is the game received? The first players have submitted their reviews on Steam and have given it a “very positive” rating. What is particularly praised is the mix of different genres, which feels fresh and new. SUPERVIVE takes the good elements of the genres and leaves out the bad ones. The game also runs smoothly.
Have you already played SUPERVIVE as a demo and will you now also take a look at the beta? Feel free to write in the comments what you think of the unusual game. Another game that was part of the Steam Next Fest has news: Players have been waiting for a new shooter with an anime look since the demo on Steam – it will be released in just a few days
