Every season, it’s the same old story: the hair is dry and damaged. The solution does not make a fold: it is necessary to repair, hydrate and nourish them with good care. And if they are natural, homemade with silly ingredients, even better! Cyrielle, pro in natural cosmetics, from the beauty blog Peau neuve, gives us her DIY recipe for an SOS hair mask.
A repairing mask with zero headaches
Mask for oily, dry, curly, fine hair … It is sometimes difficult to find yourself in the jungles of hair cosmetics when you do not know your hair type well or when you simply do not want to worry. Home cosmetics, natural and green, offers a good alternative to those who want to take care of themselves with good assets.
The repairing mask recipe that follows is an SOS treatment that does not require a lot of ingredients because it only requires three: yogurt, agave syrup and spirulina. The first two will meet the hydration needs of your hair. Spirulina, rich in proteins, has a fortifying action, and stimulates the production of keratin, to accelerate hair growth.
With this care, your mane is ready to face winter!
Equipment
-a container
-a table spoon
Ingredients
-1 yogurt
-2 tablespoons of agave syrup
-1 tablespoon of spirulina
This dosage is suitable for long hair. Short hair can halve the amounts.
The recipe in 2 steps
1.Mix all the ingredients in the container
2. Apply the green (but colorless) mask lengthwise to the ends and leave on for at least 2 hours. Rinse before the future shampoo.
Cyrielle’s advice
-You can swap agave syrup for honey without fear of lightening your hair given the relatively short exposure time (the risk of lightening your hair occurs after 8 hours of exposure).
-This green mask does not color the hair. You can benefit your hair in autumn, winter, but also all year round for soft and full of vigor hair.
