Utrecht – In the municipality of Utrecht, wood may no longer be burned in the open air from January 1, 2025. The city council decided this last night. The plan by GroenLinks and the Party for the Animals to ban fire pits and barbecues fueled by wood has been adopted. It concerns all places outside, including your own garden.
