A mine exploded in Karabakh 2 Azerbaijani soldiers were martyred

In the statement made by the Azerbaijani Ministry of Defense, it was stated that at 17.35 yesterday, a truck belonging to the Azerbaijani army was detonated by an anti-tank mine previously laid by armed Armenian groups while passing through the supply road leading to Azerbaijani positions. It was stated that 2 soldiers named Ekrem Şadmanov and Tural Seyidov, who were in the military truck that exploded in the explosion, were martyred. It was reported that the other soldier in the vehicle was Elvin Aliyev and was injured. It was reported that Aliyev was transferred to the military hospital after first aid and that his life was not in danger.

ANTITERRORISM OPERATION WAS STARTED

Azerbaijan launched an anti-terrorism operation against Armenian armed groups on September 19, after 6 people, including 4 police officers, died as a result of a mine explosion in Karabakh. The operation ended after the armed groups surrendered approximately 24 hours later.
