It was at 9.30pm on Monday that the man was found injured in the home. He was taken to hospital but his life could not be saved.
Another man in his 50s was also in the home and was arrested on suspicion of murder or manslaughter. The man is now under arrest, according to the police.
The home is cordoned off and the police have carried out several investigative measures during the evening and night.
