A man is sentenced to a suspended sentence and daily fines after threatening a nine-year-old boy, Dagens Juridik reports.
It was after a fight had broken out between the man’s son and the son’s nine-year-old friend that the man spoke up and threatened the boy.
The man was sentenced to a suspended sentence and daily fines for unlawful threats in the district court, and must also pay SEK 7,000 in damages to the nine-year-old. The judgment was appealed to the Court of Appeal, which now upholds the district court’s judgment.
