The crime scene appeared to have been arranged to resemble the funeral of controversial punk artist GG Allin. The dead man was dressed only in a leather jacket, with his trousers pulled down and a cassette player strapped to his head.
– To some extent, the plaintiff was dressed in a similar way as GG Allin was in connection with his wake, said Chamber prosecutor Linda Wiking in connection with the indictment being brought.
Shortly afterwards, a man in his 40s was arrested on suspicion of murder.
The prosecution has had technical evidence in the form of the suspect’s DNA at the crime scene and mobile traffic. There are also witness statements that the man allegedly told friends that he killed a person and mentioned the name of the murderer. He has previously been in compulsory care for psychoses which are believed to be drug-induced.
According to the verdict, the man is deemed to have committed the murder under the influence of a serious mental disorder.
