The sexual abuse was against a six-year-old child in Kungsbacka municipality in 2021, the defendant is suspected of having put his hand inside the panties and touched the external genitalia.
The rape is said to have taken place in October 2022 at the same place in Kungsbacka, where the man is said to have licked a ten-year-old’s penis. In a legal sense, the act is comparable to intercourse.
The man is also suspected of possession of child pornography.
The man denies wrongdoing.
