The man is from Umeå. He has previously been convicted of drug crime, serious drug crime and serious crime against the Act on Flammable and Explosive Goods.
According to the arrest warrant, the crimes took place at Teg in April.
– It is still preliminary investigation secrecy, we will tell you more about this when charges are filed, says prosecutor Stina Sterner.
Detention hearing is held at Umeå District Court on Friday.

Extremely serious weapons crime means that several weapons of a “particularly dangerous nature” or “a large number of weapons” are involved.
– It could, for example, be about several Kalashnikovs (a type of automatic rifle, note), says criminologist Manne Gerell.
