A man in his 60s has died after a fire in a cabin just south of Hultsfred, the police write on their website. The man was taken to hospital, but his life could not be saved.
– We have started a preliminary investigation regarding aggravated arson. It is to investigate the cause of the fire and to be able to take the necessary investigative measures. We don’t know how the fire started, says Filip Annas, press spokesperson at the police.
The alarm about the fire came in at 08 o’clock on Wednesday morning.
