It is considered more likely to be hit by a flash than in the lottery. But a mathematician did not want to admit that the game of chance was really approaching and developed a technique with which he won 14 times.

Who is the lottery winner? Stefan Mandel, a mathematician and economist, earned millions with lottery gains. He did not rely on his luck, but developed a method to guarantee him jackpots (via JV Tech).
Others also brought it too much money in an unusual way:
He created a legendary game, but got no money for it – today he is still a millionaire

Mathematician escapes communism with lottery
How did he go? As a young man in the Romania of the 1960s, Mandel lacked money and he was looking for a way to “make serious money” (via The Hustle). Instead of turning to crime like many others in his situation, he found a different way out: the lottery.
Although Mandel did not have too much education, according to his own information, he had a knack for numbers and spent his free time to study mathematical theories. He developed a model that he christened “Combinatorial Condensation”.
Mandel rely on the likelihood of dusting a price if you simply buy more tickets. He also developed an algorithm that claims to help him choose the right figures.
The mathematician teamed up with 4 friends, everyone bought 228 lottery notes. In fact, they managed to crack the jackpot of over 72,000 Romanian leu, that corresponded to around $ 2,000, but today would be more $ 16,800.
With his share, Mandel was able to free his family from the then communist rule and start a new life in Australia. There he remained loyal to the game of chance.
The Australian “Lotto Syndicate”
How did he go on? Mandel realized that the jackpot in some lotteries was significantly higher than the costs to buy notes with every single possible combination. He developed a simple but logistical system:
Over the years, Mandel built a real Lotto syndicate with which he cracked the jackpot for 12 more times during his time in Australia and received countless minor prices.
The mathematician’s approach was completely legal at this point, but aroused the attention of the Australian authorities. Finally, the rules were changed to ban mass purchases from lottery signs and computer-generated notes.
Mandel’s biggest coup: The Virginia Lottery 1992
However, almond did not let the new regulations stop, and shifted his operation to the United States, where he was targeting 6 lotteries. In particular, the Virgina lottery proved to be a lucrative goal, because only numbers were drawn between 1 and 44 there, which reduced the number of possible combinations compared to other lotteries.
Mandel founded an agency and set up a trust to acquire the necessary lottery tickets. For printing the notes, he set up 30 computers and 12 laser printer in a camp in Melbourne and hired 16 employees. In total, it is said to have taken 3 months to print all the bills that were then sent to the USA.
To really get the lottery notes to their destination, proved to be a logistical nightmare and several hundred thousand tickets fell by the wayside. Nevertheless, Mandel managed to crack the Jackpot of $ 27 million in 1992 and to win further prices worth $ 900,000.
Although Mandel’s procedure was legal at that time in the USA, it was involved in a legal dispute several years, but was ultimately acquitted of any misconduct.
The mathematician was able to pay his investors-and gave himself an impressive “consultant wage”-but they received less money than hoped and the mood tipped against him. In 1995, Mandel finally reported bankruptcy.
After another 10 years with different investment projects, Mandel retired to the tropical island of Vanuatu off the coast of Australia, where he spends a quiet retirement.
A teenager from the USA also demonstrated great company spirit at a young age and found a method to quickly get rich. But he gambled. 13-year-old earns € 28,000 in 8 minutes with its own crypto currency, the coins immediately gives up, could now be a millionaire
