A great sci fi blockbuster so complicated you wont get it
Tenet is a hunk, even by the standards of its master director Christopher Nolan (Inception). The action runs forwards and backwards simultaneously, situations lead to two different consequences in time. Bullets are swallowed by guns Time travelers meet themselves. But you have to see him. Today it is running for the first time on German free TV. On TV: Christopher Nolan’s sci-fi hit Tenet is uniquely bewildering

At the heart of Tenet lies a commercially available spy thriller: the protagonist (John David Washington) learns about the plot of the Russian oligarch Sator (Kenneth Branagh) through an artifact, who seems to want to destroy the world. Together with his colleague Neil (Robert Pattinson), he sets out to stop the supposedly insane man.

But the artifacts are only signs of a much greater mystery. Sator communicates with the future and has Technology that can reverse the flow of time. The protagonist and Neil are drawn into an incredible war of the future against the present. Characters who travel through time in opposite directions meet. Even after multiple viewings, Tenet is still a film that is extremely confusing. Here you can read our detailed explanation of Tenet.
