In the message published by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, “We are deeply saddened by the fact that tens of thousands of our Kazakh brothers had to be evacuated and the severe damage caused as a result of the ongoing flood disaster in different regions of Kazakhstan. We offer our best wishes to the people and Government of Kazakhstan. Turkey is sorry for the wounds caused by the disaster. It is ready to provide all kinds of assistance to ensure peace and harmony.”
