Chris Kluwe criticized Trump and Maga at the Huntington Beach City Council meeting.
Former American football NFL player Chris Kluwe has emerged big on traditional and social media after a strong criticism of US President Donald Trump.
Kluwe was arrested on Tuesday at the meeting of the Huntington Beach City Council. Kluwe said Trump and Maga movement as a fascist movement.
At Tuesday’s meeting, Kluwe opposed the city’s plans to respect Trump on a slab to be installed in the library. Kluwe said he had lived in Huntington Beach for 15 years and opposed the use of public funds to respect Trump.
Kluwe said with Trump he disagreed with, among other things, the rights of transgender people, academic freedom, the cuts in the Aviation Administration, the distinction between people who supervise nuclear weapons and the separation of war veterans.
“Maga is deeply corrupt, anti -democratic and above all a Nazi movement,” he said.
After the speech, the police arrested him. He did not oppose the arrest. Kluwe was arrested for four hours. According to him, the police treated him professionally and politely.
On Thursday, Kluwe put its supporters in Bluesky.
