After a weekend of work with Masra successthe Congolese facilitation welcomed, Sunday October 29 in the evening in Kinshasa, a Chadian government delegation, composed in particular of the Minister of Reconciliation, Abderaman Koulamallah, and the Minister of Communication, Aziz Mahamat Saleh.
This group of people came with a view to a face-to-face meeting with the opponent, scheduled for Tuesday, in the presence of the facilitator, Congolese President Félix Tshisekedi. This is a first in the facilitation process. “ A decisive step », even adds a source close to the government. “ We’ve never been closer to an agreement », we congratulate ourselves in Kinshasa.
In the Congolese capital, however, it is recognized that the international arrest warrant issued against Succès Masra still constitutes the last major obstacle to his return. An arrest warrant whose legality is contested by lawyers from his Les Transformateurs party.
