A 32-year-old man was found dead in his home in Skara at the end of May. He had been stabbed several times in the neck and now a 25-year-old man is being charged with murder, local media reports.
The suspect was initially arrested and detained in his absence, but was arrested a few days after the murder when he turned himself in at a police station in southern Sweden.
The man, who is also charged on suspicion of serious illegal threats and violation of the Knife Act, denies any crime.
