A 35-year-old man has died after a serious accident during the Snapphanerally race north of Tyringe in Skåne on Saturday afternoon.
– It is a serious accident and two people are affected, says police spokesperson Evelina Olsson.
The other person, a man in his 30s, is being treated in hospital with minor injuries.
The car they were both traveling in ran off the road for an unknown reason. It will now be salvaged and seized for a technical examination. There are no suspects in the case.
