a date announced by TF1 new drafts in the new

TF1 has announced the date of the return of its TV show. For the 2024 season, The Voice finds a cast of well-known coaches and will try some new things…

The season of screams and tears returns soon to TF1. The first channel announced this Tuesday the date of the return of The Voice, its talent show dedicated to the singing talents of tomorrow. It is on Saturday February 10, 2024 that the first bonus of the show will take place, again and always presented by the Sémillant Nikos Aliagas. The show will begin as it should with the blind auditions, during which the coaches seated in their red chairs, with their backs to the artists, will hammer the buzzer to recruit the best prospects into their respective teams.

The 2024 season of The Voice promises multiple surprises if we are to believe TF1. They will probably not come from the coaches this year, since the show sees the return of Mika, a veteran of the program, who has already won two trophies in previous seasons. He will be alongside Zazie, Vianney, and the duo Bigflo & Oli, already coaches last year. Zazie, victorious last season with her talent Aurélien Vivos, returns with three trophies to her credit, while Vianney brings her expertise for the fourth time. As for Bigflo & Oli, this is their second participation.

Baker, saleswoman… A cast of “normal people”

The Voice 2024 wants to highlight an unprecedented diversity of musical talents. Artists from all backgrounds, aged 16 to 72, will share the stage. Among them, TF1 lists atypical personalities such as a baker, a charcuterie saleswoman, an airline pilot, and many others, illustrating the richness and diversity of backgrounds and passions.

The major novelty of this season is the introduction of “The Voice, Comeback”, a “digital” competition directed by Camille Lellouche. This parallel competition, broadcast exclusively on TF1+, will allow certain talents eliminated during blind auditions and then during battles to be offered a second chance. The singer and actress, from behind the scenes, will select her own team, to give one lucky person the opportunity to re-enter the competition in the semi-final.

A “musical talk show”

“The Voice la Suite”, second part of the show, also reinvents itself by transforming itself into a musical talk show. Hosted by Nikos Aliagas, this program promises passionate debates and lively exchanges between coaches and distinguished guests. Finally, TF1 announces the upcoming opening of “The Voice Café”, a “world first”. This unique venue will combine restaurant, karaoke, and live music, providing an immersive experience for fans of the show. With a vague feeling of déjà vu on cooking shows…

The program

The Voice is a television show broadcast on TF1 since 2012. It is the adaptation of the Dutch talent show The Voice of Holland. Unknown hopefuls of French song come to reveal their talents, first during blind auditions, then in several musical clashes, before the big winner of the season is chosen by the public. They are judged and supervised by four coaches. Several stars were revealed thanks to the show, such as Kendji Girac, Slimane, Camille Lellouche, Amir, Fréro Delavega and Louane.

Nikos Aliagas has presented this show since the launch of the program, alongside Karine Ferri from 2013 to 2021. Among the coaches of the show, we could see Florent Pagny, Jenifer, Garou, Louis Bertignac, Mika, Zazie, Matt Pokora, Pascal Obispo, Soprano, Julien Clerc, Amel Bent, Marc Lavoine, Lara Fabian, Vianney, Patrick Fiori or even Nolwenn Leroy and Biglo et Oli.
