Frogwares released a new video of Sherlock Holmes: The Awakened in which Sergey Oganesyan, responsible for the publication, returns to what we already knew, namely that this remake of Sherlock Holmes: The Night of the Sacrifices (2006) will confront the famous detective and his partner Doctor John Watson with paranormal phenomena relating to the myth of Cthulhu. Suddenly, in addition to the usual mechanics of deduction, madness will interfere with the investigation of Sherlock Holmes who will have to do everything to keep his rational mind.
In the same video, Sergey Oganesyan specifies that the development of Sherlock Holmes: The Awakened has entered its final stretch and that around fifteen hours of play should be necessary to reach the end of the adventure. Note that given the current context in Ukraine, the developers are not able to guarantee a release of the game in February or March 2023 as announced so far. As the country has to face incessant Russian strikes and the resulting infrastructural consequences, it is easy to understand that the priority is elsewhere.
Sherlock Holmes: The Awakened is expected on Xbox Series X, Xbox Series S, Xbox One, PS4, PS5, PC and Nintendo Switch.
