The 32-year-old man, who lives in Umeå, had gotten in touch with the 13-year-old girl via Snapchat and decided to meet her in Skellefteå.
Skellefteå District Court sentences the man for aggravated rape of a child, on three occasions, during the period 1 August 2021 to 22 September 2021.
During the same period, the man has persuaded the 13-year-old girl to send lightly dressed posing and nude photos of himself. The man has also taken pictures of the girl himself.
The investigation has revealed that the man has had about ten child pornographic images of the girl, about half of the images have been assessed as “particularly ruthless abuse material”.
The 32-year-old man has now been sentenced to prison for 3 years and 6 months and damages of SEK 235,000.
The investigation began after the social services made a report.
