According to the verdict, the rape took place at the end of January 2023. The girl was supposed to sleep over in the man’s apartment in Västerås, but she was raped instead.
The district court judges that the girl’s information is credible and that the man carried out a vaginal assault without her consent. Among other things, the man’s sperm was found on the girl’s panties.
The 21-year-old denies the crime, but the district court sentences him to three years and six months in prison. He must also pay damages to the girl of SEK 215,000.
